We have recently been awarded a contract for the renovation and upgrading with our draught proofing system of 40 no. Historical Sliding Sash windows, and also the manufacture and installation of 8 no Bespoke Single glazed Sliding Sash windows, 4 no High Performance Casement windows and 4 no High Performance entrance Doors.
Given the original building is Grade 2 listed and the local historical interest, the client was looking to appoint a company with great experience in this field, and working along side the main contractor, Northern Bear Group and the managing agent.
Building Services Limited we have developed and look to implement a scheme of works that is sympathetic to the historical nature of the building but ticks all the boxes for the clients demanding specification for high end bespoke Private Holiday apartments.
