It’s easy for us to tell you about the benefits of choosing ERW for your new timber doors and windows but we thought we’d let our lovely customers do the talking. It was great to catch up with one customer who had her stunning teknos blue finn Glenmore door installed in Leeds, we were able to film her review about her experience about purchasing her door from us. 

Here is what Mrs P had to say about her ERW experience and how she came about choosing ERW.

How did you find out about ERW?

A friend had a door installed and it was absolutely beautiful so she recommended ERW wholeheartedly to us.

What made you choose ERW over other companies you considered?

To be honest we didn’t look around that much because we were so convinced by the door that our friends had gotten installed and then we looked online and saw all the options that were available as well as speaking to the team. We were very impressed with the quality of the door and the information we had on the installation as well as how friendly and responsive the team were.

How did you find the design process?

Really good as Andy came out and did the design, he has such an eye for the details that we didn’t have. He thought about everything in terms of lining up the different glass that we were having installed surrounding the door itself. I’m really impressed with everything that he did, especially with the meticulous attention to detail that he had.

How was the installation?

It was great and quick, the team was lovely and everyone from ERW has been brilliant and really friendly. We had the door installed in February so it was quite cold but they were as quick as they possibly could be so it was a very smooth and painless process.

What would you say to a friend who was looking to get a new door?

We have recommended you to several friends and said that the doors are beautiful but also brilliant quality, great from an insulation perspective as it made a massive difference to the heat retention in our house and that you are great to deal with.

Is there anything else you’d like to share about your experience with ERW?

They are a lovely bunch of people, great doors, a really good experience and we love our door. I should say that all the delivery people that came after it was installed had noticed we got a new door and were very complimentary.
