Here at ERW we have been working closely with Kier and Richmond District Council since June 2015 on a large scale regeneration project renovating buildings to provide retirement housing, sheltered housing and supported housing for older people.
We were contracted to supply & Install High Performance Timber Windows and Doors. This included a mixture of Vertical Sliding sash windows, Flush Casement Windows, High Security Multi point locking systems on all doors and to supply and Install 39 Secondary Glazing units.
We also renovated 42 Historical Timber Windows, including the overhaul, repair and installation of our draught sealing and Easy Paint systems into existing Cord and Weighted windows, and overhaul, repair and installation of draught proofing and renewed operating springs to all original Spring Balanced single glazed windows.
Our expected completion date is 31st March 2016 and we are well on the way to completing that target as only 7 remain to be fitted out of 104.
