The work of installing our double glazed units has finished and my wife and I want to tell you what a pleasure it was to have the installers working on that job. They had humour, application, care, consideration and skill and we much enjoyed their time with us. We have thanked them but felt it was important for you to know how grateful we are.

We just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that we are very happy with both our secondary glazing and the new double glazing that has very recently been fitted by ERW Joinery Ltd in our home. Despite having some reservations about the aesthetics and impact it would have on the ‘period’ of the house, we both think the windows look great.
