Throughout our 37 year heritage, ERW has always prided ourselves on excellent customer service.After all, we’re only as good as our last installation, and relying on word of mouth and recommendations is really important to us. But we are also aware there is always room for improvement so we take all customer feedback extremely seriously. After every installation we ask our customers to fill in a questionnaire for us. The questionnaire asks about first impressions, interaction with the company, product choice and quality, value for money and overall satisfaction.
2016 is over it’s half way mark and our customer feed back so far for this year has been outstanding. Our customer testimonials have been coming in thick and fast and so far a whopping:
98% of our customers were very happy and 2% were happy with our overall services and 100% of our customers stated that they would recommend us to family and friends
We looked back at 2015 and compared it to the reviews we have received so far this year.
In 2015, 90% of our customers were very happy, 9% were happy and 1% were satisfied with our Overall services. 98% of our customers stated that they would recommend us to family and friends.
That’s a fantastic 8% increase in customers that are very happy with our services & 2% increase in customers who would recommend us to family and friends.

ERW has been a major contributor in improving the physical appearance and energy conservation in our property which sits in the middle of Stokesley’s conservation area. In four phases of design and installation since early 2018 you have helped transform our property with complete distinction.
From assistance given to lodging planning applications with Hambleton District Council through advice on window design and final installation, I can give no higher praise than commending ERW on every aspect of installation.
I first visited your showroom and workshop in the Autumn of 2017 and was impressed with the factory tour afforded me by Kirsty Semark (Customer Service Supervisor). I was convinced that ERW could provide the solution to upgrading our ageing timber windows and appreciate the help and courtesy extended from you and all your staff – many of whom I have met during our four phases of installation.
The very recent installation of a new ‘Eton’ front door enhances the front elevation with perfection.
